I have almost no energy anymore, especially in the morning. I miss having the energy to get out and do stuff with friends. It's been a long time since I can say I felt "right". Now i am going on a little vacation to this place in upstate NY, and eventually i'm going to Jamaica. My problem is that i'm going to be uncomfortable swimming with everyone because i'm so mishapen. I also am afraid that i won't have the energy to participate in all the cool things that happen at the resorts we're going to. I have to do something about this, right now.
Also i'm a computer nerd (how fitting), a car dude (kinda), I love baseball (go mets), paintball... actually alot of active stuff.. but i never do any of it anymore.
have you started working out? are you counting calories? i got a good idea of where you want to be from reading your profile, but you didn't mention how you plan on getting there.

thats really the best aerobic/fat burning workout in existence. it involve intense running (ie sprinting), so you don't want to start without having at least some base. that kind of workout raises your metabolism for the following 24-48 hours, which gives you a lot of energy (something you mentioned you are missing at the moment) and burns a lot of fat. check it out.
